We are here to help answer any questions. Find your counselor’s contact information by visiting newhaven.edu/meetadmissions, and stay in touch with us throughout the enrollment process.
03 Attend An Event
Our events occur all throughout the year – and our programs for our accepted students are some of the best! Sign up for an upcoming event by visiting newhaven.edu/visit.
04 Submit Your FAFSA
The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is required to be considered for additional funding. Visit studentaid.gov to get started. Our priority deadline for submission is March 1.
05 Review Your Financial Aid Offer
Although you learn about your merit scholarship at the time of acceptance, we notify you about your financial aid offer in the spring. Offers of financial aid are specific to each institution, so you’ll be hearing from us directly. Offers may include federal grants, institutional grants, work study, and loans.
06 Talk About Your Options with Your Family and Support System
Countless factors play into the college decision process – location, return on investment, cost of attendance, academic programs, and more.
07 Officially Enroll at the University of New Haven
Ready to join Charger Nation? Make your decision official by submitting your enrollment deposit and commitment form.
08 Begin Your New Student Road Map
Once you’re officially a Charger, you’ll gain access to our New Student Road Map in your Admitted Student Portal. There you’ll find next steps for enrollment, including orientation, course registration, housing, and much more.
